What rides like a targa??

So really the OP is looking for a hardtop / deep vee / on sterndrives for ~80k. I like the Aquador 32C but it might be a bit of a barge compared to a Targa

Maybe.....

- Hardy seawings 355 (may be a bit old)
- Windy Hardtop (Mistral?)
any others?

I love the interior of the aquador, but the small cockpit space is off putting.
Compromise really, outside space or inside space! I had a look at a 25c and concluded it was a bit small, the 28 I think is better but never got aboard one of those or a 32. I think the 32 has more of an inside bias than the 28.

Nimbus 33 Nova Hardtop.
  1. Deep V hull - great seakeeping at speed
  2. KAD 4# variants - 35 knots plus
  3. Looks good (subjective, I know)
  4. Patio door
  5. Can lay in the sun
  6. Almost in budget
However, not many of these were built so trying to find one to buy would be a challenge....

I like that alot!

Does look good. One thing that it, like Rodman etc, doesn't have is side doors. Very useful feature with the walk around layout.
