What plans for Easter Weekend..?

We're all hoping for the best for you. I'm looking forward to meeting you in East Cowes. :encouragement:

Thanks, did want to come down for Easter but boat is not finished yet, should be something else when finished, but will have to take it gently this year. On the bright side eldest cabbage is doing a good job with the business, so we at least have the time this year. All he needs now is a little bit of reassurance every now & then.

Well the good news is that the boat is actually in the water.
The not-so-good news is that the action of launching has caused all the rest of the water to fall out of the sky.

Behind the garden: that's not meant to be a pond, but it is now.

Friend is racing over to Cherbourg today (one of 40 yachts) currently mid channel making 1.8 knots expect the rain is slowing him down all being well should be there by dusk!

Thought i was going to have to drive later but i don't now so ive moved into the Lifeboat. Helen is walking the coast path from here to Shanklin and is getting a lift back. Hic.

We nipped back to the boat, I'd forgotten to popper on the front of the spray hood and needed to collect something, had an impromptu ybw gathering on the quay with Tulana's Captain, took little man to see the boat, he didn't want to leave and screamed all the way back to Cowes.

So, 4 days mini break imminent for most, I am going (regardless of weather) to Yarmouth, will be drinking beer and playing cards in the Kings Head for a large proportion of the weekend if the weather is as crap as it looks, but still looking forward to it.

So what the heck is everyone else doing.. (boat wise only, I don't want to hear of mundane shopping trips).

I will add a picture... just to get people in the mood...
