Can I call on your collective knowledge please, my windex lost its indicator arrow during the high winds we had last month. I plan to replace the indicator arrow when she is back on the water by going up the mast. I am unsure what make the windex is, which sits on a VHF antenna, does anyone know the make from the attached photo please

The other fun part is that the swivelling pointer part of the windex needs to slide on from the top of the antenna.

If you climb to the mast head, the tip of the antenna is still at arms length. It's quite easy to flex the antenna towards you to slide the windex pointer over the tip of the antenna, but don't let go when it's only half over the tip. The antenna could flick the new windex pointer quite a distance :/

Windex is a trade mark of a particular wind vane. It was invented by two swedish professors. Yours appear to be of a different brand.

I used the word "windex" more as a generic term.

I agree with the others that it looks like the v-Tronix Hawk from the company in Hayling Island.
