I as think that is a kingfisher k 20 , but a guy tell me that isnt not.

Definitely NOT a Kingfisher 20.

That boat is definitely not a K20.

If you go back to your other thread you will see what a K20 looks like on a photo that I uploaded in my post #5.

No idea what it is. Guess it dates from the 1970's when there were many small builders who only built small numbers of boats. Looking at the pictures doubt that it would sail very well with that fat hull and shallow keels. Presumably you want to know what it is so that you can register it. Even if somebody could identify it, doubt that you would find any information about the builder after all this time.

Is a sailboat only to navigate on ria, not for open sea., e believe it will better then my motor boat with 5 mt.
Is only for 2 adults and 2 childrean, pass the weekend , only for catch some fish.
