What is this old cruiser racer?

This has been baffling me FOR MONTHS.

I have asked, brokers, racers, boat builders and nobody has provided a solid answer

Current suggestions have been

Trapper 301 - wrong forehatch design
Bolero 25 - I had one of them, it's definately not that
Jouet 920 - I can't find one of these to confirm

What we do know is it's around 28ft.
The boat was raced in the Liverpool area and was quite successful.
It's very stripped out and definately a project for the brave

Def not Jouet 920. I had one for several years. Similar windows though. Mine is shown on Yachtsnet with its replaced windows.

A gentleman on facebook appears to have got it but I cant find much info to confirm
