I presume that the 'NG 11468' is a local registration number?
Have a look on the starboard side of the transom, under the deck edge - there might be a hull serial number there, either engraved into the gel coat, or a plate riveted on. If there is one, and it is legible, can you tell us what it says?
What size is she - I am guessing around 8 m. / 26' long?
Re the twin outdrive legs, do you know what make they are?
And are a pair of engines included as well? If so, what make are they?
If you can indeed acquire the boat for US$ 1, then it should be a good deal for you - and if you simply give her a good pressure wash she will look much better immediately.
