I am also interested in buying the Volvo Penta Shaft Seal. Because it looks simple and cheaper. But I can't find an official webpage about the product. Does anyone know it?
My shaft diameter is 45mm, stern tube is 76mm.

No. Because my stern tube size is 76mm, but their biggest is 64mm.
