I'd pour a few kettles of boiling water over it.
That and a G-clamp and a bit of tubing or a socket large enough to allow the square drive to pass through. If that doesn't shift things I'd also want to try an air hammer or SDS drill with a blunt chisel/flat face punch on the end, as the impulse is often effective at freeing things off. Once apart remove all the corrosion as that's what's gluing it up; wire brush in a drill will be fastest.By applying heat the cylinder should expand faster than the steel shaft thus releasing it when a tap or two should ease it out.
