Old type of podger maybe?

We use them at work for pulling metalwork hole centres together (Pointy end) And (Ratchet) at the other for tightening the bolts...

Hi, will the spanner end fit your rigging screws and/or their lock nuts?
Or it may fit the adjustable bolt and nut clamping a cone on a blakes sea cock.
Often these uses needs two same size spanners.

Great idea but no to both.
The boat had no seacocks at all when she acquired it. (I’ve now added one to the only skin fitting which is the sink drain outlet. )
The rigging is all new and the spanner doesn’t fit either old nor new rigging screws.

It may be an 'scaffolder's open-ended podger', modified with a slot-cut for something else. ( see Google Images ) What size across the flats?

Scaffolders are always losing them/leaving them behind. If there's an 'ole through the head, that can be used to hang on an 'ook on a toolbelt.
