Blonde or Brunette?
Glad to hear that. Ours is based on Davits in the Eastern Med. It has gone to dinghy heaven. Peter
Maybe I was just unlucky, or maybe it's true that you get what you pay for.
I bought a cheap Lalizas inflatable (not use it often so I didn't want to pay much money for it), it was alaways covered under the hot Med sun, little use in general and now 3 years after I am throwing it away. It seems that they have used the worst quality of glue available in the planet. Even the transom (not sure if this is the correct word) came apart (plus everything else that was glowed on the boat).
I am very reluctant buying again a cheap tender. On the other hand I wouldn't like to buy a very expensive one for so much little use. Somewhere in the middle is ideal.
Even saying this, I fancy a lot a hondawave. Their PVC quality (and glue) looks very good. But they are expensive.
charles_reed;As it happens they are a Greek company.[/QUOTE said:Greek company with a factory in China.
Ocean Stars are also Greek boats, built in Greece and of very good quality.
