What have you found on your boat

We found 26 bottles of spirits most unopened on our new to us cat. Should not have been surprising as the previous owner had owned the biggest off licence in Dublin.

Oh a man after my own heart, still searching for a boat with a wine cellar and accommodation in the 33-40ish foot range.... anyone recommend?

Re the Bra - the boat is not new to us, the bra is! We were visitors to Cala D’or, here in Sant Carles we have some good times, but clearly nothing like the ‘goings on’ in Cala D’or!

Left Cala D’or on Friday, heading toward Sant Carles. opened a locker to get some bottled water, found this bra. It’s a bit small for me (both ways) if it helps anyone recognise it, it’s a 32 C from Next.

Be careful and make sure you tell your wife of your find.

She may have secreted the said object to test your faithfulness OR things are looking up.??????

A diaphragm pump for the WC outlet which had probably been replaced years before by a gravity fed holding tank outlet.

As 3m section of outlet pipe behind a sealant-fixed cupboardwas above the pump had simply been cut it was still full of mostly dry crap and stunk spectularly. Getting rid of it and hosing down the hull inside got rid of smells which had been annoying us for 2 seasons.

It wasn't the most critical bodge amongst the dozens we found (and are still finding) on the boat but was the most unpleasant. Anything which could have been cannibalised and replaced with duck tape or choc blocks had been, or lengths of domestic 240v wiring (for 12v circuits), and anything which could simply be removed without immediate damage (like washers to spread the load on hidden below deck fittings had been taken leaving clear marks where they had been. The boat had had just one careful owner, Sunsail.

I used to own a Princess 435 dinette model. Anyone who has one of these will know there is a deep and useful locker aft of the dinette beneath the lower helm. I had bought the boat from a finance house who had repossessed it from the previous owner and clearly the guy didnt know the bailiffs were coming because he had left a lot of his possessions on the boat, none of which were of particular interest to us so we just chucked them away. For several weeks I had been trying to empty this locker under the helm but my arms just werent long enough to reach the back so one day I managed to crawl into the locker. I found a few bits of female underwear and then right at the back there was something plastic which I eventually managed to pull out. I crawled back out of the locker and investigated my find

What I had found was a blow up female sex doll. Luckily we didnt have guests on board at the time. I think my SWMBO believed me when I said I'd found it in the locker. Anyway I took it home and gave it to my teenage stepson for his birthday. He didnt appreciate the gift
