Mornin all,
I'm in the process of buying a boat again after 20yrs away and just wanted to check if I've covered everything I need to.
We're after a Fairline Carrera to bring up onto the Thames.
Sorry if this is all old hat but getting just a tad shakey as everything gets closer.
We have found the right boat we think and agreed a very fair price.
Deposit paid and full survey (inc engines and sea trial) happening on Monday.
Assuming survey goes well I have transport home and crane sorted.
Mooring is ready when I am.
BSC fella arranged, insurance ready to go live on my say so. EA forms downloaded ready.
The broker is a friends son so I have some piece of mind there.
So guys n girls what have I forgotten, as I'm sure there must be something!
Thanks for taking the time to read a newbies ramblings.

New boat nerves

You have forgotten the feeling you get when you buy a boat, anticipation, excitement and shear enjoyment.
I think you have it covered, relax and enjoy your new boat.

I would be tempted to get the seller to get the BSC. You will be amazed at what they can find, and the hassle factor for fixing. Next time I buy, I will do the same.
