On a nice day moor up in the Edam canal ent beside the camp site. all showers ect available there in the site + leccy & water alongside, the HM collects dues in the evening & a pleasant cycle into town & a restaurant & bar in the camp site

Hi SM ..... do you mean Camping Strandbad Edam?

Is use of the Campsite facilities official? Do they control the moorings?

Mooring along side , just find your own place & the LA HM will call early evening
leccy by coin
use of campsite facilities is allowed . we were there 2 nights last yr
Edam well worth a visit & not too touristy either
