It looks like one of Richard Wood's many designs to me.

She does look rather similar to Richard's Strider 24' cat.
I sent a link to this thread to Richard - he promptly replied with :
"If it is mine it is modified without my knowledge; the stem is different as is the cabin top and the beams. The hull and knuckle design look like mine though. Depending on the length it might be one of Edward Lee Elliots designs? (he designed the first RIB BTW and had a company called Flatacraft building them)"
So that prompted me to google Edward, and I found an article about Flatacraft - http://www.hotribs.com/02articles/000-bellows/01_pt3.asp
I remember them building the Force 3 and Force 4 RIBs in the 70's - the Force 3 was a neat little yacht tender with an optional sailing rig.
