What best boat battery charger ?

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the Elecsol ABC1220 20Amp battery charger? I have an Elecsol 115ah domestic battery and a standard lead acid 110ah starting battery. Can I use this to charge both batteries or just the domestic? Is the ABC1220 in the same league as the Ctek M series units?
