I use "MOB Assistant" and "Starboard-Tack" on my Apple Watch. First for man overboard situation and the second is sailing race timer and boat speed. Found both quite handy and they function autonomously and don't require connection to iPhone.

Boatie…tried it last year and found it really useful.
Used it for years
It has evolved into an excellent app and appears to be managed by an active boater
I am no longer active boat wise and advised Stuart and had a excellent conversation with him
All the better that it runs on phone and can live in your pocket

just got a new android mobile, straight on there went noforeignland, windy, predict wind , opencpn & marinetraffic. navily to follow. Linking google photos to the camera also a must have so you can take pics of anything & everything then away from the boat always have the filter number/part number etc etc in an album on google pics.
Samsung A15 4g, 128Gb memory, €150! That's all my music & charts! 😎
