2 x 10t AC14s + a spare somewhere (and maybe also stern gear) then 50mm stud link chain for each of the 2 bow anchors (chain length bizarrely still measured in shackles) + a series of officers on anchor watch 24/7.

Real men do not need snubbbers, only for wimps.
