I renewed my ICC recently and when it came back a category had been omitted. I called the RYA this morning and spoke to a really helpful person who realised the mistake, apologised and said that they'd got my photo so she could issue a replacement and it would be in the post later today.

I dunno what else she has to do, of course. Maybe being nice on the phone is light relief from putting the talcum powder in the hard-to reach areas in Ben Ainslie's wetsuit or one of the many other tasks the RYA has to oversee.
