Well it did rain in the morning but a great dinghy race in the afternoon, absolutely howling along with the assymetric. Bit gusty but no capsizes!

My tame medical adviser assures me that apart from dementia, respiratory problems and heart damage there are likely to be no long term effects. I do wonder how long, if the boat had been less ventilated, she would have lain in Loch Scrisort before anyone bothered to look.

Anyway, I bet your heid went pink yesterday.
