Met up with jimdew last Sunday........after playing with his boat we then had a long debate wether we should visit the pub or not, after reaching our decision instantly /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif Jim locked the hatchway and we are now walking along the pontoon when I noticed this little beauty! /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

After nearly falling in the drink through laughter.... Jim and myself thought it a good idea (as I had my Didgy camera) to take a pic and post it here to see if anyone could come up with a more appropriate name for this little gem? /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Your picture is causing a secure net login dialogue box to appear. I think you'd better host your picture somewhere else if you want peeps to see it! /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

I suppose you should be worried really.......'Smudger' is a hard act to follow and of course she is the flagship of our sailing club!

Hope I have a boat like that one day.....she is the pride of Essex! /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Hmmm......too sweet for an Essex vessel, I believe that could be a Solent named boat Julie!........An Essex girl would have the name 'Cream Pie' written on her. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

or cutie pie,cutie pie

steady as she goes

cheers Joe /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

What about "Weekend Julie"?

[/ QUOTE ]

A good boat name and would be fitting if it was used around the Solent Dave.

She would have to be called 24/7 Julie, as Essex girls are at it all the time! /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Thought " Essex Girl" was getting laid up in canvey?

[/ QUOTE ]

Yep she is a regular visitor laying on the mud flats there, I heard her skipper likes to give her a good screw just off of Two Tree Island before he rams her home on the mud at Canvey!

she looks cream cracker'd or daffy ducked from where I'm sitting/slouching/couching
cheers Joe
