W&F I don't believe is a cleaning product, more preventative and longer term improver, still have to do the hard yards to get rid of the grot.

The killing off of algae and the like and the preventive effects certainly seem long lived . I have used similar products on roof tiles and on a conservatory roof.

For example

After treatment the algies dies and rain washes the residue off .
The tiled roof has had two or three treatments without any physical cleaning. The moss has gone and I can see some areas that would benefit from another treatment when the weather is suitable.

I can't say I have used Wet and Forget.

But I have used the very similar Patio Magic and Doff products and some others at home and on the boat.
I find these products do work at killing moss , algae and the like but the product does need to be applied in the right weather conditions and in the right way. The degree of success involves an element of luck and a large slice of patience . Today would not be good as an application day as its windy and rain is forecast .
It can be weeks or longer after application before the benefits are realised.
