Westerly headlining replacement in the clyde/NI ? Or better options?

I did the forecabin on my Longbow a few years ago using veltrim. The results were good and it also stopped the condensation dripping whilst sleeping . I used camping mats from the pound shop initially but found it difficult to get them to stick properly so decided not to bother. The veltrim was bought from ebay and cost about £120 as I remember, it was glued using carpet spray adhesive. I also covered the side bits as can be seen in the photo this helped with warmth too. This material is what they use to finish campervans etc its hard wearing. The main saloon needs doing again (it was done before i got the boat) as the vinyl has sagged and is battened but I am considering using upvc bathroom cladding as this is lightweight and gives a more modern look. The vinyl does not last very long about 10 years before the foam perishes. Hope this helps I wrote an article in the westerly owners magazine at the time.
