I don't know if this example is still for sale, but it's an example of what you can expect for the price.
Otherwise, there's a really good example of a Leisure 27SL here (AKA Mirage 270), although over your budget. I say really good, because the vendor is the chap that produces spare fibreglass parts for the Leisure Yachts - when it comes to maintenance, he'll know what he is doing, far better than most people.
