Sadly do to the lease expiring and a general lack of support from a dwindling membership the club closed at the end of April.
Happily this give SWMBO and myself much more time for sailing (she was the treasurer and i was something to do with the rear ???)
Yacht Havens have been granted planning permission on a new two story build which will house a swindlery bar and resturant, its unlikely that this will be built for a year or so yacht havens have a couple Bob & Liz reopening the old club house as a bar, cafe, Resturant.
Its likely that it will open at the end of this month after a little refurd but not sure if the new licence will have been granted by then will keep you posted on progress.
