thanks again! it was HWS when we walked past... had hoped to go swimming round some of the bays for checking out for anchoring but that pic does the job for me it was horizontal rain at that point, not so many pics from that morning funnily enough

no we got lifted off at kinauchdrachd one bay to the north of barnhill. have seen it before from the boat its a big white house and looks much the same as all the others. you can rent it apparently, there's a website somewhere (it looked good)
