Wesmar Stabilisers

Hi all,

I have 20 year old Trader 575 fitted with Wesmar RS600 stabilisers which are brilliant but definitely need a service - has anyone got experience of a good engineer who knows Wesmar within striking range from Corfu? We can travel to the mainland if necessary.

Secondly, and more urgently, our boat is being hauled out for work and the fixing pin on the port stabiliser isn't exactly lining up and I am worried about doing damage when the boat is lifted - does anyone know how to move the fin a couple of millimetres so I can get the pin in before we get the boat on the crane? Has anyone gone ahead and lifted a boat without the fixing pins secured?

I never lock my stabs when lifting the boat. But it's on an old school trailer with a tractor pulling it out.
can't you turn them off or get them into software/pump lock mode? should be good enough for the lift process.
