Coastguard navigation warnings on VHF ch 16 today said Havengore bridge is not in operation.
So who is right?

I would trust Nicki. I guess the Coastguard haven't got the cancellation. The news was at 4.35pm on Friday so I would not be surprised if an email isn't sitting on someone's desk ready to open.
