Despite many gloom-sayers I had a great day at LIBS today.
I have to say that the Bike & Outdoor Show was probably the best bit. A pity we didn't have the grand sprogs with us, they would have loved all the activity bits, rock climbing, zip wire etc. There was enough people to give it a buzz but still sufficient space to move around.
The outside marina was a great disappointment though, what a wasted opportunity.
The pool was OK but too much wakeboarding can get tedious. Apparently some of the moves were "like, totally rad, man" whatever that means:).
Will I go again next year? Yeah I think I will.

Thanks to the grumpy old men on this forum I nearly didn't go to the show. I am glad my wife persuaded me we should go.we did, I think i enjoyed the day as much as I ever have. Perhaps the lower expectations helped but we found all we wanted....Good info on tech queries on Garmin, A victim on the Selden stand to listen to my rant about the price of a replacement top swivel on my Furlex (over 500 ). The better half came away with the normal pair of shoes and we had a pleasant and patient reception from all on the Crabber, Mystery, Dehler and Jeanneau stands.
Only blip wasa train delay caused by a drunk on the line at 9 o'clock in the morning.
