Well done Seasure

Not quite in the same league as Musto below, but I bought a component from Seasure, only to find a nut had fallen out of a hole in the bag. No problem, and they sent me a replacement.

But in the pre-xmas house tidying, the SWMBO threw the jiffy bag with said small nut in away thinking it was empty. I had to humbly beg Seasure for yet another, which they supplied FOC. Very nice people.

Same here, bought a new Lavac middle of last year and only came to fit it last month. It would not seal properly so they sent me a replacement lid and seal foc. New unit sorted problem. As seagreen says nice people to deal with.
