ordered a replacement Exhaust Injection elbow (a heavy cast iron lump) last thursday morning 5 > 7 days for delivery as not in stock. it was delivered to Foxs stores 15.00hrs yesterday. Price quoted £108 + vat but did say i would get a bit of discount.
invoice £82.50 + a fiver delivery
they also suggested i replace the "O" rings in the heat exchanger.
job done today with no leaks /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif
Well Done the spares dept @ Peachments /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif.

I presume this wasn't for a Volvo, at that price? That's why I'm busy trying to clean mine out, I heard that a new one (V-P MD2020) was £200+ /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

Don't think everyone thinks Peachments are wonderful; I had a brand new 5.280HE 5.5 years ago, every service going it had, but still went "bang" last summer & I had to have another brand new one - unfortunately for a variety of reasons to stick with the same again.

i have installed my 4150HE & serviced it my self right from the first service, this is the only prob to date apart from the badly made wiring loom where all the large terimals had the wrong sized cable ends, they didnt fully encompass the wire & fell off ( this was standard peachment practice ) Foxs re-made the ends @ Peachments expence.
there will be many Nanni engines pre 2003, about with the same problem
