Ah it all depends whit part o' the country you're in
In North Wales a lefthanded StuKey is used to wind up SonsyLass!
In N England it refers to something a bit shocking .
And in Scotland its a plaster cast. Did you know that getting plastered refers to getting drunk? Wonder why?

Dunno about getting drunk. When I was young, the Plaster Casters were a group of "conceptual artists" who went around collecting what I suppose you might call Rock Star Memorabilia.
