We went upstream Saturday as you did and all OK, and noticed this on Sunday as we were heading back home. Could have been a tad scary if it happened at night while asleep!

A good friend of mine is a reporter on that rag and used to live in a houseboat near there... but he missed the story.
Just as he missed the foot and mouth outbreak, right in his patch, due to being on a holiday enforced by his SWMBO (and was O).
Poor chap.
But not as upset as the residents, I'm sure.
