As a few of you know I am looking to buy a boat later this year. In preparation I have just built an access database with the Specs of all the Boats I like (including picture). Sad I know but it will have to do until I get the real thing.
Question is I've found 19 Fairline Holidays for Sale. What other sites should I look at to find more ????

Try boatmatch.com, boatsandyachtforsale.co.uk and of course this site, ybw.com, I spent five months searching for what I wanted mostly on the net and then stumbled into exactly what I wanted down in Hamble whilst wandering round a boatyard, made some enquiries and turned out to be forsale,I bought directly from the owner, best bit was not paying a broker.

Re: how many left?

wouldn't expect them all to still be around though? Suppose say 400 left? You've seen 5%. Suppose each person keeps it on average five years (60 months) and after active marketing (not thinking about it) sells it in 3 months...would mean that there are only 19 up for sale anyway?

Re: how many left?

Found 2 more that makes 21.
Actually one is not actually - formally for sale but they are "thinking" so it counts only errr um 573 left or 379 is there are only 400 left.
So who knows of one NOT on a website ???

Re: Oi chop chop f\'line Holiday owners!

Nah you don't want a Fairline Holiday, you want the bigger versions, the Mirage. Wonder if anyone's got one of those for sale ;-)

Re: sigh!

Ooh no advert, not allowed on this site. However since you asked specifically, you could try my website, which I agree is totally crap before you tell me, www.aquaholic.org.uk and there's some details of the boat there. The details are crap, can't get the piccies to work, not the boat. The boat's EXCELLENT, or send me a PM and I'll e-mail proper details.

Of course this is specifically NOT an advert, just general information, so no reason for Kim to pull it.
