Hi,

I seem to getting a fair bit of condensation within my exhaust length from the Webasto.

I can hear it bubbling at the lowest point and once I had to drain it as the heater didn't want to start.

It is lightly lagged, but I wondered if I increased the lagging, would that reduce the condensation? Considering the condensation drain kit but if there is a more simple solution...

Ta,

If you system has a vet position (for fresh air into cabin) I suggest that you use it before starting the heat cycle and when shut shutting down. Starting should blow out the condensate.

A condensate drain is a specific Webasto requirement on exhausts over a given length or if condensate becomes a problem and Is the simplest solution. They are quite inexpensive and also help prevent the exhaust being eaten away from the inside. A relatively small amount of liquid in the lowest spot can obstruct the exhaust sufficiently to prevent starting as the combustion air motor does not provide enough pressure.
