Webasto Air Heater Wiring Issue / Error T12

Hello all,

Basically I'm trying to connect a multicontrol to an Air Top 2000 STC. I thought I had all the wiring right, but Im getting a T12 Error Code.

Jul 27, 2020 — Hi Trish, The first thing I would suggest is checking that both fuses are good, and not blown. A T12 error is a communication error on the controller

Welcome to the forums!

The multicontrol should basically just plug in to the X9(c) connector in the AirTop's wiring loom - there are details in the installation manual.

A T12 error code indicates a communication problem, so double-check the connectors first.
