How do you weather proof your on deck/in-cockpit electrical switches (those of you that have them).

Are there proprietry weather proof switches that you have found do the bussiness or fail miserably? Which to get/avoid?
 
You can get quite nice looking IP67 switches but they aren't cheap.
(IP means ingress protection, the number indicates the level of protection)
 
Bulgin brand connectors/plugs are good, come ready supplied with some gear, e.g. tillerpilots & can be bought separately from different suppliers. Not sure if they do switches though...
