SWMBO wishes me to relay to you her displeasure at this post(and many others)which advertise "pocket money" gizmo's and gadgets.
I have a compulsion to purchase them and the house is getting clogged up with them!I now need an extender for my USB extender, and my stock of NiMh batts is severely depleted.

Can't wait till thursday,4 remote control plugs for £16 and a scart digi box for £40.

PS,That weather station is seriously good, but as she pointed out most people manage with only one per household!

Had mine a year, they last well too! Only problem was getting the remote sensor to pass through a wall end-on! Moved the main device a couple of feet and it worked a treat.

Popped in on the way home tonight.... got one, and they still had a few left too. Doesn't seem a bad piece of kit for the money /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif ..... pity the external sensor isn't fully waterproof though /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

I had to laugh in Aldi this evening..... some 'muppet' decided we would ride his scooter around the shop.... didn't last very long before the staff put a stop to that, and then refused to serve him and banned him from the shop - something about manager reserves the right /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif He wasn't a kid though... in his 20s and riding this around the shop.... what did he expect??

If I now thank 'Full Circle', is that an Inverse LakeSailoring? Or is someone having a Senior Moment?

Thanks FullCircle, we've just picked up a couple at the Aldi in Swindon. There were two versions available, one with a horizontal display and another with a vertical display.

As you say, a bargain and Swindon Aldi still have about a dozen in.
