Are you planning (obvious weather permitting) to go north towards Dublin or
remain on the SE corner? Have you picked up the Irish Cruising club sailing
directions yet, found them invaluable. Although they cut off around Waterford
so you have to buy both books, very well planned cross over by the publishers
me thinks /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
Do try for Waterford, we had a great time there, I wish now we had carried on
westward to Cork way.
South Westerly gales with rough to very rough sea state and plenty of fog. There might be some scatterd snow showers and the odd water spout locally off Start Point.
Just don't even bother next weekend- we've jinxed it already as we have a week on the boat- where we go depends totally on the weather. Young one is also staying with grandparents, so that will make the weather even worse, possilbe hurricanes and tropical storms.
