Weather in Brief

I'm looking for internet weather links that will download at 9600 over my mobile phone to the PC while on holiday next week.
What I'd like are UK Shipping and Inshore Forecast and synoptic charts for the next 3 days.
I only want to get the text for the Forecasts and the charts without the normal website graphics.

Any suggestions appreciated?

http://www.meto.gov.uk/datafiles/inshore.html loads quite quickly on a mobile ...

Found this on the BBC site, a 'text only' version. Colour a bit hideous but I think it's much quicker to download.
