Weather men say heavy rain today so did'nt go down to boat especially as canopy on outer helm is off.
Its now neqarly 2pm with no wind and 70 degrees and no rain yet could have gone after all damn.

I went out to my boat this afternoon with its co-owners. Linda did some varnishing while Keith and I tried to get the cabin floorboards (or whatever you call them) up. Then the skies opened and went all over Linda's varnishing. So there we are under the tarp looking at the White Swan not 20 yards away with everyone supping their beers and looking at the weather.

What annoyed me was that while we could carry on with our task, Linda could not but she still refused to row across to the pub to get the beers.

I'll be a lot more careful in choosing boat partners in future.

Hate to upset you but it didn't rain all day!
I must admit it hinted that it wasn't very far away, but didn't see any!
