Waveline Marine Chandlery-rubbish service, is this normal?

Placed an order for some items on http://www.wavelineleisure.com/ on the 4th July.

On the 14th July phoned up to say that although I had paid I had not heard anything. The gentleman on the other end said to send an email and they would respond in 24hours.

Two emails later , still no reply, tried calling today, ansaphone!

Has anybody else had dealings with this company?

Wow! I was just about to post asking if anyone had dealt with them as they had a good deal on some fenders. Read some bad reviews about Waveline so went to Boat Fenders Direct on personal recommendation. Be interesting to see when/if my new gear arrives.

I had 6 fenders delivered to Portugal by boat fenders direct , we had really good service from them .

Check the site format/layout and the contact phone number - 5 (one) to avoid perhaps, them and http://www.instantstreetview.com/2qp...tb3gz2x3zmtz2u too many poor reviews for me to risk my beer tokens

Ordered a circuit breaker at £75, over a month later nothing. Email not answered, phone calls fobbed off with promises of on its way. Very dodgy, wish I'd seen these threads before ordering.

Should add that is through the Waveline version of this outfit.

Another vote for Direct Chandlery as the worst online chandlery. Ordered some spare Novibra locker latches at an improbably low price. Took my money. Nothing for a month. Then a refund without explanation or apology. Though I suppose the very worst chandlery wouldn't have done the refund.
