Waterside properties

As number one daughter prepares to leave home for job in the sun, have decided that we might consider moving to a smaller house. Question, does anyone know of a web-site or magazine that has waterside properties for sale? Whether canal or river doesn't really matter.

My new neighbours have a young son with a drum kit, need I say more.

The second one are great to deal with Andy (http://www.findaproperty.co.uk/waterview/index.html)although they tend to stick to the Thames. I love the way one can take a virtual tour of some of their properties on line.

Have a chat with the locals before you buy, about flooding. There does seem to be an increase in the frequency and amplitide of floods.
