I have installed ( other than drilling the hole in the hull) an anchor cam.
Running wires from the flybridge to the upper helm would have been a challenge.
I was looking for video transmitters. The reviews were mixed , but I did find a few for about £200 that seemed waterproof.
Then I found this for £20!!!!!!

Transmitter and receiver in waterproof boxes. The boxes themselves are worth the £20,
I did not really have high hopes but it transmits as good as a wire with a high quality stable image.
The transmitter unit is in the anchor locker and the receiver on the flybridge helm - so I guess 25 feet - 30 feet or so.
If you are looking for transmitters as opposed to running wires this is a great solution.
They are 12v so I used a 24v - 12v dropper for £5 ish off eBay which fits in the box.
