Watermota Sea Panther - white smoke

Hi everyone, I've done a test run of my engine since repairing the fresh water pump impellor. All OK. However I'm getting lots of white smoke, definitely not steam. I suspect unburnt diesel but I'm not sure how to diagnose the cause(s). Injection pump timing? Injector problem? Any advice is most welcome. The accompanying video shows what I mean, especially towards the end when I open the throttle.
