Water tank cleaning in the Windwards

Does anyone know where I can get my water tanks cleaned in the Windwards, preferably Martinique? Access very limited as no inspection hatches so it's a specialist job. Chemicals have not worked.

I would go to Marin [ Cul du Sac du Marin ] and ask the charter companies maybe starting with the one next to Mango Bay. With all the charter boats there it is most likely something they have done before.

Bleach should work. A quarter cup to 40 gallons, run the taps to bleach the pipes, leave for 24 hours, flush twice, fill.

Tried it but it did not work. Need something more in the mechanical line but tiny access to the tanks means something specialised like steam cleaning?
