Water system question

Some will remember that I had to replace a flexi tank after it split on me , well that's all done and I eventually got it all to work but now I have another issue
There is one pump operated from either the galley taps or the one in the heads when I turn on the galley tap water flows from the one in heads aswel
But if only heads tap is turned on no water from galley tap , is the heads one worn out ? , it is same for hot tap also , any clues coz it's bugging me and using water twice as fast

Is this an automatic pump with a pressure switch?

Are these normal taps? If water can come out when they are closed then they can't be normal taps - they must be faucet types. In which case what triggers the water pump What have you got in terms of taps and pump?

Small pump controlled by micro switches on taps , all "whale" make mixer taps , think I have to investigate them further also a fit manual pump ix on the todo list .

I reckon that's an electrical problem. The switch on the galley taps triggers the switch on the heads tap. I can't quite envisage the wiring but it's somethng odd like an earth short on the heads tap.
