That's odd, the route for Fairline Parts is via dealers. Is that not the case for Princess? Do you go direct to the factory?

PMYS run the parts from their office in Plymouth

Like Asm, we have had excellent support from PMYS in Swanwick through Peter Harwood although spares are from their new depot in Plymouth.
Boats (EBY) also have a good reputation for support so something has gone wrong here.

Roger at PMYS in Swanwick will definitely sort this one out - I know he also monitors this forum.
As I say, we have always had great service from them.

BTW, I find coastal rides excellent for these left over spare parts. Have bought several times from them, small items and big palletised stuff, and they've been great. Money instantly returned when any problem
