Uum,well it all seems tickety boo now.Took it out Sunday and no problems,although she now wants a new carpet in the saloon.Can't help but feel hard done by really.

Carpets ??? Seem to recall the Lagunas hand beautiful teak in the saloon from new.... why would you want to cover them up with something that is more difficult to keep clean?

BTW: Thanks for the faxed copy of the MBY article...

Hi Alf,I know but the lovely chap who had it before covered the whole floor in dodgy red carpet,also shaving the engine access hatches to have carpet round them,so if I dont have carpet it leaves big gaps round the edges and sounds like your standing next to a bus.
