Water Filter

Can anyone tell me where I can buy a new filter element for the type of water filter I have fitted in the UK.
Its made in USA and called nature-pure, made by general ecology, inc.

These filters are the bees knees! I have used them for the past 12 years or so and they really work, not like those cheapo carbon things!
