fuel set, the stuff you need is fuel set; it combines the water with the fuel so its no longer a problem.

Do you know that it still works with the ethanol?
Briggs and Stratton were very concerned about ethanol.
I looked at some of that and it cost more than the fuel did, (not that that would be an obstacle at a gallon a month for a tender o/b) .
